Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable experience commissioning, servicing, or maintaining complex electro-mechanical industrial machinery or capital equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot automated systems and interpret multi-page schematics with minimal oversight.
• Willing and able to travel 40–70 days per year with a valid passport.
• Strong customer-facing communication and professional documentation.
• Reside within daily commuting distance of Menomonee Falls, WI with a field service toolset.
• Authorized to work in the United States (Citizen or Green Card) without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations, system integrations, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) worldwide.
• Perform Electro-Mechanical diagnostics to isolate faults and implement solutions.
• Deploy PLC/HMI software, verify logic, and work safely in high-voltage panels and drives.
• Schedule and lead internal FAT procedures prior to shipment for zero-defect quality.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights to improve designs.
• Oversee technical setup and assembly for industry trade shows.
