Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to support sponsor-dedicated feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain, or US. You will independently drive RFP and paid feasibility activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate data into actionable study/site strategies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to present complex scientific and clinical data and analysis methods.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and practices.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Working and managing individuals and data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP paid feasibility assessments across indications, with independent oversight.
• Coordinate multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply knowledge to moderately complex tasks.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, timelines for RFPs.
• Mentor team members as directed by line manager; support staff development.
• Coordinate multi-study efforts ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility impact on recruitment and site selection.
• Maintain comprehensive records and data libraries for internal use.
