Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated projects across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will work in a dynamic Clinical Solutions team, driving feasibility studies, RFP responses, and site selection with a strong data-driven approach.

Excellent English communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel are essential as you partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape trial feasibility and optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and data handling
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience presenting complex science data clearly
• Experience in CRO/pharma industry context

Responsibilities

• Manages RFP and paid feasibility work across indications with minimal oversight
• Handles multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas
• Proactively proposes solutions to non-standard requests
• Liaises with internal stakeholders on sponsor requirements, protocol and timelines
• Supports development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics
• Delivers pre-award site feasibility assessments and related reports to stakeholders
