Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated projects across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. The role involves leading pre-award site feasibility assessments, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and building SME-level study strategies to optimize site selections.

Ideal candidates will have a science degree, strong data interpretation abilities, and extensive experience with RFP processes and feasibility analyses across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Ability to present complex scientific and clinical data clearly.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on RFP and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
• Manages multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and proposes approaches.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Mentors juniors as needed and supports department operations.
