Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to independently manage paid feasibility objectives across multiple indications and territories, including the UK, Poland, Spain, or US.

The role requires strong English communication, data analysis skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet sponsor requirements and timelines. You will review protocols, conduct literature research, and prepare compelling feasibility reports and bid defenses while mentoring

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
• Strong ability to present complex scientific data clearly.
• Independent work in virtual and team environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessments for RFPs across multiple indications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol and timelines.
• Develop and deliver pre-award site feasibility reports and presentations.
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
• Maintain comprehensive records and ensure data integrity.
