Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated feasibility across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. The role focuses on RFPs, data-driven site selection, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure feasibility success.

The candidate will manage multiple assignments, liaising with sponsors and internal stakeholders, and contribute to development of feasibility analysis systems. Travel flexibility is required for multi-country programs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessments for sponsor-directed RFPs across indications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• Develop and present pre-award site feasibility analyses and reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
• Maintain thorough records and data management across projects.
