Zusammenfassung

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Trade Compliance Officer to lead the company’s export compliance program. You will oversee licensing, training, and recordkeeping in alignment with US regulations and internal policy.

The role requires deep ITAR/EAR knowledge, 12+ years in export administration in aerospace or related fields, and collaboration with multiple departments and external consultants. Location within 50 miles of an AV office is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Trade, Law or related field.
• Minimum of 12+ years of export administration experience with an aerospace firm, defense contractor or government entity.
• Experience dealing with U.S. Government entities (e.g., DOD, Department of Commerce) and international customers.

Aufgaben

• Oversee licensing compliance and coordinate with Security, Purchasing, P&C, Contracts, Legal for regulatory adherence.
• Perform risk assessments and advise on corrective actions for risk mitigation.
• Work with outside trade compliance consultants and external auditors as directed by TC Leadership.
