Job summary

Prospect Capital seeks a seasoned Financial Operations professional to oversee expense allocations and multi-entity accounting across affiliated entities. You will partner with Controllers and travel teams to ensure accurate fund allocations and policy compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in financial services, strong SAP Concur experience, and proficiency with Cognos, EmailXpenC, and AMEX @work. NYC office-based position with fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years of experience within private equity, credit, hedge fund, asset management, or multi-entity financial services strongly preferred.
• Experience with SAP Concur Travel & Expense, Cognos, EmailXpenC, American Express @work and coding expenses.
• Experience with IntegriDATA Expense Allocation System a plus.
• Understanding of CRM systems for managing conferences and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on expense allocation across multiple funds, strategies, and affiliated entities.
• Apply fund documents, LP agreements, and internal allocation policies to ensure accurate expense treatment.
• Assist with accounts payable across multiple entities, including review and intercompany billing accuracy.
• Oversee SAP Concur Travel & Expense, including complex itineraries and group travel; ensure policy compliance.
