Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Events and Conferences to shape the company's global events program. Based in Cincinnati, OH, you will own the calendar, budgets, and partnerships for trade shows, conferences, and customer events.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, leveraging AI and data to drive pipeline, retention, and brand impact across regions worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in field marketing, global events, or event leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Global multi-region event portfolio with pipeline accountability.
• Plan 12+ months ahead and execute on-site; strategy + execution.
• Experience managing international in-person events outside the U.S.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership.
• Comfort with AI tools and data for planning, budgeting, and follow-up.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the global event calendar 12–18 months in advance.
• Lead end-to-end planning and on-site execution for international conferences.
• Coordinate with regional leaders, vendors, and content teams across languages.
• Standardize global event motion and create scalable playbooks.
• Define KPIs and report ROI with AI-assisted insight.
• Develop and manage budget, sponsorships, and vendor contracts.
