Job summary

Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Events and Conferences to shape and oversee the global events portfolio. You will drive 12–18 month planning horizons and align Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership to maximize pipeline and retention.

You will lead international conferences and regional editions, ensuring consistent brand experience while adapting for local markets, coordinating with regional teams, vendors, and speakers across languages and regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in field marketing or global events leadership.
• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and complex markets.
• Ability to plan 12–18 months ahead and execute on-site.
• Experience with international events and vendor management.
