Job summary

CTW Events, part of Clean the World, seeks a Senior Event Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts across the US and internationally. You will lead planning, budgeting, and performance for programs, using independent judgment to design plans and allocate funds within approved budgets, while advising clients and CTW leadership.

This is a high-travel role with up to 60–75% travel, onsite in client settings and events, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience combining client accounts with event execution.
• Ownership of client accounts, including budgets and planning decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, events, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%, including international travel; valid passport.
• Hospitality industry experience and CSR/nonprofit programs background.
• Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Develop annual and event-level program plans including budgets.
• Allocate funding across activations within budgets and advise Sales.
• Determine event format and staffing within CTW standards.
• Travel to and lead on-site events and post-event follow-up.
• Analyze data and prepare program reports for clients and Director.
• Maintain Salesforce and Titan ordering data for accounts.
