Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in event management with three years leading programs.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of event management from contracting to execution.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout planning and on-site period.
• Ensure programs meet budgets, timelines and client expectations.
• Oversee vendor contracts, logistics, and materials production.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Vendors for cohesive delivery.
