The·TEAM Hospitality seeks a Senior Director to lead global client activations and on-site operations with white-glove service. You will translate client objectives into flawless programs, manage budgets over $1M, and mentor a team of full-time staff to deliver excellence across events worldwide.

Travel is expected approximately 25% of the year, including multi-day and weekend events across the US and internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an event planner or organizer in high-end hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports and complex workstreams.
• Ability to present to senior clients and craft detailed written communications.
• Proven ability to lead teams to deliver flawless event programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversight of account planning through execution and delivery.
• Mentor and lead multiple direct reports, defining roles and timelines.
• Manage budgets and contracts with precise revenue reporting.
