Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group seeks an experienced Meetings and Events Program Manager to oversee full-service and a la carte programs. You will be the primary contact for Events customers and travel on-site to client meetings as requested.

This role requires coordinating with suppliers, tracking budgets, and ensuring timely project execution. Responsibilities include leading program management from concept to completion, conducting discovery calls, submitting RFPs through Cvent,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five (5) years' event/meeting planning experience required.
• CMP and/or CMM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage program from concept to completion and reconcile post-program outcomes.
• Lead discovery calls with clients and stakeholders to determine goals and objectives.
• Make destination recommendations and submit RFPs through Cvent.
• Produce accurate documents/reports for clients and vendors.
