Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• 4+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution for AWS global events
• Develop integrated demand gen strategy, planning, and execution for multi-channel event campaigns
• Set strategic direction for campaign approaches, channel mix, messaging, and audience targeting
• Orchestrate cross-functional marketing teams to drive campaign execution independently
• Drive audience growth and improve engagement with data-driven approaches
• Monitor real-time performance, analyze trends and channel metrics, and optimize decisions
• Partner with regional teams to align messaging with local customer needs
• Mentor and guide team members through knowledge sharing and process development
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and frameworks in the global program
• Communicate strategy and results to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
