Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a senior demand generation leader to own the event marketing strategy and execution for AWS Summits and the flagship global event series. You will shape messaging, audience targeting, and multi-channel campaigns to reach hundreds of thousands of cloud and AI builders.

You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle, drive data-driven optimization, and mentor teams while aligning demand gen strategies with regional needs and global leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 4+ years developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution for AWS global events.
• Develop integrated demand gen strategy, planning, and execution for multi-channel event campaigns.
• Set strategic direction for campaign approaches, channel mix, messaging, and audience targeting.
• Orchestrate cross-functional marketing teams to drive campaign execution and delivery.
• Drive audience growth and improve customer engagement through data-driven approaches.
• Monitor real-time performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
