You will influence senior leadership with data-driven insights, mentor team members, and align with regional teams to meet market needs, delivering measurable impact for customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 4+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution for AWS global events.
• Set strategic direction for campaign approaches, channel mix, messaging, and audience targeting.
• Orchestrate cross-functional marketing teams to drive campaign execution with independence.
• Drive audience growth and engagement using data-driven approaches.
• Monitor performance and channel metrics; optimize based on data.
