Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Campaign Manager to own the event demand generation lifecycle for AWS marketing events, including Summits and global programs.

You will drive strategy, messaging, and cross-functional execution across time zones and languages to achieve scalable growth. The role demands a proven track record in event marketing, strong leadership, data analysis, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of non-internship marketing experience.
• 4+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple timezones and languages.

Responsibilities

• Developing and owning the integrated demand gen strategy, planning, and execution for multi-channel event campaigns with multiple program components.
• Setting strategic direction for campaign approaches, channel mix, messaging, and audience targeting.
• Orchestrating cross-functional marketing teams to drive campaign execution and delivery with a high degree of independence.
• Driving audience growth and improving customer engagement through data-driven approaches.
• Monitoring real-time performance, analyzing registration/attendance trends and channel metrics, and making data-driven optimization decisions.
• Partnering with regional marketing teams to align demand generation messaging and positioning with local customer needs and market dynamics.
• Mentoring and guiding team members through knowledge sharing and process development.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and frameworks that elevate the program quality and efficiency.
• Communicating strategy, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
