Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a highly organized Senior Event Planner to lead large-scale in-person, virtual, and hybrid events for a leading global law firm. You will partner with senior leaders, manage complex logistics, and deliver seamless, memorable experiences.

5+ years of event planning, strong vendor and budget management, and experience with webinar platforms and AV are required. This role offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event planning experience, preferably in professional services.
• Experience coordinating executive-level meetings and large conferences.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events from concept to post-event review.
• Partner with attorneys, business leaders, clients, and vendors to define objectives.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to align with business goals.
• Source venues, caterers, transportation, and production partners.
• Coordinate logistics including room setup, AV, materials, and guest management.
• Manage webinars from intake to delivery with rehearsals and post-event reporting.
