Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned leader to head Pratt & Whitney's Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) program at the Middletown, CT site, guiding investigations, policy development, and corrective actions while ensuring practical, compliant business solutions.

As a trusted independent leader reporting to the Lead Senior ECO for Operations and Quality, you will train, support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen Speak Up culture and ensure timely resolution of ethics issues across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Ethics, HR, Investigations, Compliance or related experience; OR an advanced degree with 7+ years.
U.S. Citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
Experience leading ethics and compliance programs in complex environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the GEC program at the Middletown, CT site and other sites as needed.
Develop programs, initiatives and policies for ethics and compliance.
Manage investigations ensuring timely closure and appropriate corrective actions.
Promote Speak Up culture and provide training, investigations, and guidance.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, Site Management and stakeholders to address issues.
