Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leading aircraft engines manufacturer within the RTX portfolio, seeks a Lead Senior Ethics & Compliance Officer, Engineering. You will lead the ethics program for the Engineering organization, reviewing investigations, developing policies, and promoting a Speak Up culture.

The role requires leadership across teams, travel to Engineering sites, and collaboration with HR and Communications; a strong compliance background and citizenship are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with substantial experience in ethics or compliance.
Experience leading ethics and compliance programs in engineering contexts.
US Citizenship required due to government contracts and programs.

Responsibilities

Lead, oversee and coordinate Pratt & Whitney’s Ethics & Compliance program for Engineering.
Review, investigate and address ethics and compliance concerns.
Develop and promote training, policies, and Speak Up culture.
Ensure timely investigations and corrective actions; report to enforcement agencies as needed.
Communicate initiatives with HR, Communications and others.
