Job summary

RTX's Pratt & Whitney site in Asheville, NC seeks a Senior Ethics & Compliance Officer to lead the Global Ethics & Compliance program. You will review, investigate, and resolve ethics concerns, reporting to the Lead Senior ECO for Operations and Quality.

The role requires independence, collaboration with HR, Legal, and site leadership, and a focus on strengthening the 'Speak Up' culture, enforcing the RTX Code of Conduct, and guiding policy implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of Ethics, HR, Investigations, Compliance or related experience; OR an Advanced degree with 7+ years of related experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen; U.S. citizenship required to access information under this program/contract
Strong leadership, communication, and sound judgment in complex ethics scenarios

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Pratt & Whitney's Global Ethics & Compliance program for the Asheville site and adjacent sites as needed
Investigate and resolve ethics concerns, implementing corrective actions with HR, Legal, and site management
Promote Speak Up culture, provide training, and coordinate briefings for site leadership and teams
Ensure compliance with RTX Code of Conduct and advise on conflicts of interest and gifts/sponsorships
