Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Ethics, Human Resources, Investigations, Compliance or related experience; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of Ethics, Human Resources, Investigations, Compliance or related experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Pratt & Whitney’s Global Ethics & Compliance program at the Middletown CT site and other sites as needed.
• Review, investigate and assess ethics and compliance issues and concerns.
• Develop programs, initiatives and policies for the GEC program at the site.
• Provide training, conduct investigations and support GEC initiatives and committees.
• Manage investigations with HR, Legal Counsel, Site Management and other stakeholders; ensure timely completion and appropriate corrective actions.
