Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver ERP implementation projects. You will plan, execute, monitor, and close initiatives, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline alignment while driving value for customers.

You will manage governance, risks, and stakeholder communications, coordinating with Solution Architects and Sales for ongoing engagements and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline or MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Fluency in English and local language (written and spoken).
• Experience in managing ERP implementation projects (full lifecycle) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply IFS contract structures.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans with financial and timeline adherence.
• Allocate resources to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Set up project governance, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Own status reporting to Steering Group and stakeholders.
• Lead risk management and mitigations.
• Coordinate Change Requests and ensure project execution.
• Deliver presentations on IFS offerings to customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee team workload and ensure delivery.
• Guide team growth and performance.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and alignment.
• Identify upsell opportunities with Sales for customer value.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive project success.
• Ensure adherence to IFS Implementation Methodology and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect to define implementation activities.
