IFS is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-scale projects, driving value realization, revenue growth, and governance across multi-team initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping delivery strategies, managing risks, and engaging with executive stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of IFS methodologies, and a proven track record in ERP implementations and cross-functional

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing ERP implementation projects (full lifecycles).
• Experience working with C-level executives (Principal to Senior Principal).
• Fluent in English and local language (verbal and written).
• Solid knowledge of IFS software.
• Experience delivering IFS consulting services.
• Industry knowledge in target sectors.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• PM methodologies Prince2 or similar certification an asset.

Mansioni

• Act as a recognized authority on IFS contract structures and best practices.
• Develop enterprise-level project strategies aligned with objectives.
• Lead large-scale, high-impact projects with optimized resource allocation.
• Establish governance with financial controls, forecasting, and risk management.
• Provide executive-level reporting to Steering Group and leadership.
• Drive risk management and proactive mitigation strategies.
• Oversee Change Requests to maximize value and minimize disruption.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure high performance.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to secure long-term success.
• Mentor other Project Managers and contribute to methodology improvements.

Formazione

University degree in a technical discipline/MBA or equivalent professional qualification

Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written)

Experience in project management

Experience in ERP implementation projects (full lifecycles)

C-level stakeholder engagement

Agile project delivery experience
