Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementation projects from planning through close. You will own scope, timelines, budget, and stakeholder communications, driving value realization for customers and revenue growth for IFS.

The role requires deep project management expertise, experience with ERP deployments, and the ability to align teams across consulting, product, and sales. You will mentor staff, manage risks, and ensure adherence to IFS methodologies.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical discipline, MBA, or equivalent.
• Experience managing ERP implementation projects (full lifecycle).
• Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing for IFS projects.
• Own project scope, team, resources, and KPI-driven outcomes.
• Apply IFS methodologies and govern governance structures and financial tracking.
• Coordinate with Solution Architect to define implementation activities for each phase.
• Identify opportunities beyond scope and collaborate with Sales for follow-up.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery quality.
