Job summary

IFS is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementation projects and drive value realization for customers. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Customer and IFS teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities include managing scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement, while mentoring other project managers and fostering a culture of excellence. Hybrid work options are available across the US.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical discipline or MBA is required or highly preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software/ERP environments is expected.
• Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, execute, monitor, and close large-scale IFS projects.
• Provide executive-level reporting to Steering Group and senior leadership.
• Drive risk management, change control, and governance across projects.
