Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to own and shape implementations, upgrades, and success services for enterprise customers. You will work with the IFS implementation team and partners to deliver outcomes aligned with business value while applying best practices.

Responsibilities include guiding scope, documenting solutions, reviewing deliverables, and supporting global projects, with growth opportunities in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications
• Experience with business process mapping and ERP implementations
• Experience delivering ERP projects in a relevant industry setting, preferably in a similar role
• Fluency in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Assist the implementation team in understanding methodology and ensure reporting and documentation per standards.
• Ensure the Scope Tool accurately reflects the proposed solution and manage risks tied to moderately complex requirements.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to document the customer solution consistently.
• Review deliverables and customer work products for quality and clarity.
• Support solution delivery for Upgrade, Implementation, and Global Projects under guidance, with involvement from senior architects and partners.
