Job summary

IFS North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to deliver solution work in Upgrades, Implementation projects, and success services.

You will own the solution, collaborate with the implementation team, and guide the customer project team to ensure business value and best practices are applied. Your core activities include guiding scope, documenting requirements, coordinating with managers and partners, and ensuring quality across deliverables while maintaining ongoing alignment

Qualifications

• Experience with business process mapping.
• Experience in implementation/transformation projects with customers.
• Involvement in planning and resourcing with a Project Manager.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Lead role in ERP solution development.
• Fluency in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Design customer scopes using the Scope Tool and map end-to-end processes.
• Promote IFS methodology and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with implementation teams and partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Review deliverables and provide actionable feedback on quality and consistency.
• Support Upgrade, Implementation, and Global Projects under guidance.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to communicate the value of the IFS solution.
• Leverage IFS Accelerators appropriately to meet medium complexity needs.
