Job summary

IFS is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead large-scale, high-impact projects and ensure value realization for customers and revenue growth for IFS. You will drive governance, manage cross-functional teams, and execute strategies aligned with IFS methodologies across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement at the executive level, risk management, change control, and ensuring quality in delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
• Experience leading ERP implementation projects (full lifecycle)
• Fluency in English and strong written/verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, high-impact projects ensuring value realization and revenue growth for IFS
• Develop and oversee enterprise-level project strategies aligned to business objectives
• Establish advanced project governance, financial controls, forecasting, and risk management
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic insights to Steering Group and senior leadership
• Mentor and coach other Project Managers to build capability across the team
