Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of stock administration experience in a multinational public company.
• At least 2 years of direct people management in an equity or payroll team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of equity professionals and ensure compliance.
• Oversee daily tasks, set goals, and ensure data integrity across workflows.
• Manage global monthly equity transactions and grant cycles using E*TRADE EE Online.
• Ensure accurate internal/external reporting and SOX control completeness.
• Collaborate with external advisors on cross-border tax and mobility tracking.
• Partner on cross-functional projects (M&A, country expansions, platform enhancements).
