Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Eight (8) or more years of experience administering global equity compensation programs, including stock options and RSUs.
• Experience with Equity Edge Online (EEO) is required; experience with Merrill Lynch equity administration platforms is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze large data sets, perform reconciliations, and create complex spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of Equity Edge Online and Merrill Lynch databases.
• Administer global equity transactions, including stock options and RSUs, with accurate processing.
• Manage quarterly equity grant process across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain electronic equity award agreements for all grants.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end equity reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and schedules for stock-based compensation and related activities.
• Assist with SEC Forms 3, 4, and 5 for Section 16 insiders.
• Support equity-related disclosures for quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K filings.
• Provide NQ/ISO/RSU tax reports to Payroll, and generate reports for partners.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, external vendors, brokers, and auditors.
• Support audits and identify process improvements and internal controls.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
