Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Global Stock Plan Administrator Contractor based in San Jose, CA to manage global equity transactions, grants, vesting, and related accounting with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

You will collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll and Audit teams, maintain Equity Edge Online systems, and deliver timely, compliant reporting for SEC disclosures and internal governance. Eight+ years of experience, advanced Excel, and equity-platform expertise are highly

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
8+ years' experience administering global equity programs (stock options, RSUs).
Proficiency with Equity Edge Online (EEO) and Merrill Lynch platforms preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for large data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain integrity of Equity Edge Online and Merrill Lynch databases.
Administer global equity transactions: options, RSUs, vesting, and releases.
Coordinate quarterly equity grant processes with cross-functional teams.
Prepare and file SEC forms (3, 4, 5) for insiders; support 10-Q and 10-K disclosures.
Generate reports for Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, Payroll; support audits.
