Job summary

The Trade Desk in Ventura, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Stock Administration to lead the global administration of our equity programs, including RSUs, stock options, and the ESPP. You will oversee a high-performing team and collaborate with HR, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Payroll to ensure compliant, scalable processes.

This role requires 10+ years in stock administration for public companies, hands-on Equity Edge Online experience, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in stock administration for public companies, global scope.
• Experience building and leading stock administration teams.
• Deep ESPP program expertise with tax considerations.
• Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of global equity programs (RSUs, stock options, ESPP).
• Mentor and develop a high-performing stock administration team.
• Oversee ESPP lifecycle; streamline processes and automation.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Payroll on compliance.
• Develop policies and controls for equity administration.
• Provide guidance on equity programs to managers and employees.
• Review Form 3/4/5 and Section 16 reporting requirements.
• Lead integration of Equity Edge Online with related systems.
• Drive monthly/quarterly/annual equity reporting accuracy.
