Job summary

The Trade Desk in Ventura, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Stock Administration to lead the global administration of equity programs, including RSUs, stock options and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). You will ensure regulatory compliance, scalable processes, and a strong employee experience across multiple jurisdictions.

You will mentor a high-performing stock administration team, optimize ESPP lifecycle, and drive automation while partnering with HR, Legal, Accounting, Tax and Payroll

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive stock administration experience
• Experience leading stock administration professionals
• Expertise in administering global ESPP programs

Responsibilities

• Lead the global administration of equity programs including RSUs, stock options, and ESPP
• Mentor and develop the stock administration team
• Oversee ESPP lifecycle and automate workflows
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Payroll on compliance and education
