Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager & Global Process Lead for End-to-End (E2E) Planning. You will govern global planning standards, drive adoption, and partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to elevate planning capabilities and business performance.

The role combines supply chain expertise with strategy and digital acumen to transform processes, improve agility, and deliver measurable outcomes across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, or End-to-End Planning.
• Experience leading global process improvement or capability-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of planning processes and operating models.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards and governance across regions and organizations.
• Lead process transformation initiatives and maintain global playbooks and training materials.
• Advance planning capabilities, including scenario planning, inventory monitoring, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Technology) to improve planning processes.
