Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
• At least eight (8) years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and quantitative skills; ability to present to senior leadership.
• Experience with inventory management, S&OP, and IBP processes.
• Proficiency with SAP/SC planning tools and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Configures the E2E Supply Chain and sets inventory parameters.
• Develops scenarios to avoid production and inventory constraints.
• Leads a matrixed team through the Monthly Planning Cycle (MPC).
• Represents Global Planning in the IBP process and aligns with cross-functional teams.
• Resolves E2E issues and ensures alignment with demand and supply plans.
