Justworks, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager focused on international growth. You will work cross-functionally to architect scalable global solutions and ensure customer confidence at every step as we expand into new markets.

You will drive adoption of international products alongside core offerings, expand revenue through cross-sell and upsell, and implement retention strategies to extend lifetime value for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in account management, relationship management, customer success, or a complex customer service environment.
• Experience in healthcare, HR, Employer of Record (EOR), or insurance industries preferred.
• Experience in HR Tech/SaaS is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage and develop relationships with administrators and decision-makers to understand business objectives and needs.
• Ensure customers feel supported as Justworks expands into new markets and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless rollouts.
• Identify, vet, and facilitate high-impact sales opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
• Own and grow your book of business and hit or exceed quarterly NRR targets.
• Focus on international expansion, including new country revenue growth and global benefits adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.
