Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company, based in San Clemente, CA, seeks a Senior Collector – Global Credit & Collections to manage a $65 million AR portfolio and 1,500–2,000 global accounts. The role emphasizes credit risk management, collections, and cash-flow optimization across apparel and footwear.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Finance to assess credit exposure, drive collections, approve releases, and implement policy improvements while maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial credit and collections.
• 3+ years of international collections experience.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, manufacturing, or consumer goods preferred.
• Experience managing multi-country accounts, currencies, and channels.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-million-dollar AR portfolio of approximately 1,500-2,000 global accounts.
• Drive collection activities to maximize cash flow and reduce delinquency.
• Review and manage a multi-million-dollar open order book and credit exposure.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness through financial analysis and reports.
• Monitor accounts to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes to secure timely payments.
• Prepare aging reports, forecasts, and risk assessments for senior management.
