Job summary

TaylorMade Golf in San Clemente, CA, seeks a Senior Collector – Global Credit & Collections to manage a $65 million AR portfolio and 1,500–2,000 global accounts. You will drive collections, optimize cash flow, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to assess credit risk and enforce policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial credit and collections.
• 3+ years of experience in international collections.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
• Experience managing customer accounts across countries, currencies and channels.
• Strong understanding of credit risk analysis and collection techniques.
• Experience reviewing and managing multi-million-dollar open order books.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-million-dollar AR portfolio of 1,500-2,000 global accounts.
• Drive collections to maximize cash flow and reduce delinquency.
• Review and manage a multi-million-dollar open order book and credit exposure.
• Evaluate creditworthiness through financial analysis and risk assessments.
• Monitor accounts and mitigate potential credit risks.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to protect assets and support revenue objectives.
• Prepare aging reports, forecasts, and risk assessments for senior management.
