Job summary

Mytra seeks a Staff GSM, Contract Manufacturing, to own and shape our global CM strategy from pilot to volume. You’ll drive make-versus-buy analysis, build partner frameworks, and lead executive-level engagements to ensure scalable, compliant manufacturing across the product roadmap.

You’ll own CM agreements, capacity planning, and transition plans, while leveraging automation and AI to improve visibility. This role requires on-site leadership at our Brisbane, CA headquarters.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or contract manufacturing management within hardware, robotics, automotive, electronics, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CM make-vs-buy analysis and multi-scenario planning for scale from pilot to volume.
• Prequalify CM partners with RFQ processes, site visits, and IP risk assessments.
