Mytra is building a new era of manufacturing robotics and material handling. We seek a Senior People Partner in Brisbane, CA to scale performance management, engagement, leave, learning pathways, and policy infrastructure as we grow.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner in a technical/manufacturing or robotics environment.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and wage/hour rules.
• Ability to handle employee relations issues with empathy and accountability.
• Independent with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from problem to solution.
• Clear, direct communication with employees, managers and leaders.
• Builder mindset to create or improve programs and policies from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Own and run core People Programs from design through analysis to action planning and implementation.
• Partner with business leaders and team members as a trusted advisor to solve people-related challenges.
• Own HRIS, ensuring data integrity, workflows, and self-service access.
• Develop and update HR policies to reflect changing business needs and external requirements.
• Coach managers and employees on performance management, addressing underperformance and accountability.
• Advise on compliance for a mixed workforce with attention to California wage and hour law.
