As a Senior NPI Materials Program Manager, you will own clear-to-build decisions, manage ECOs end-to-end, and partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality to scale operations at our Brisbane, CA HQ. This role moves fast in a startup-like environment and requires deep program-management experience on large BOMs, offering equity and

Qualifications

• Have 5–8+ years of program-level clear-to-build and materials readiness for large hardware BOMs, through ramp stages.
• Deep knowledge of supplier readiness, FAI/PPAP, IQC, ECO impacts and PLM/ERP/MRP systems.
• Built materials or readiness processes from near-scratch; familiar with manufacturing and sourcing.
• Demonstrates ownership with proactive problem anticipation and cross-team resolution.
• BS in Supply Chain, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with startup pace.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level clear-to-build status and unblock next builds.
• Drive supplier and internal readiness to achieve clear-to-build and quality.
• Develop dashboards and processes with Supply Chain, Materials and Quality.
• Own material impact of ECOs end-to-end and communicate changes.
• Drive cross-functional resolution of sourcing and incoming-inspection issues.
• Partner across Operations to scale materials and supply-chain processes.
