Juniper Square seeks a Senior Compensation & Equity Manager to own global compensation and equity programs end to end. You’ll partner with Finance, FP&A, Talent Acquisition, and People Partners to ensure market-competitive, internally equitable pay scales and scalable equity programs.

This is a hands-on, IC role reporting to the VP of Total Rewards & People Operations. You’ll manage market pricing, annual cycles, bonus programs, and equity strategy, while guiding recruiters and leaders with

Competenze

• Minimum 7+ years in compensation, preferably SaaS or tech with multi-geography scope.
• Expertise in market pricing, job matching, and band construction using survey data (Radford preferred).
• Hands-on equity strategy and operations, including grants and Board cycles.
• Experience with bonus and variable pay programs and platforms like Pave.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable leadership recommendations.
• CCP/CEP certification or experience with AI-powered tools is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Mansioni

• Own market pricing and band builds across levels and geographies.
• Lead annual band refresh and review internal pay relativities and titling decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for comp band, level, and offer recommendations for recruiters.
• Price roles with external advisors and partner on quota-based compensation with RevOps/Finance.
• Run annual rewards cycle in Pave and model budgets by country.
• Own Company Performance Plan and bonus programs end-to-end.
• Administer one-time and retention bonuses with approval workflows.
• Partner on equity strategy, budgets, and Board proposals.
• Benchmark equity for hires and promotions; advise on international equity moves.
• Own quarterly grant cycles and equity education for employees.
• Use Ashby data to track pay win/loss and flag band revisions; support pay equity reviews.
• Identify opportunities to automate compensation workflows and embed AI-powered tooling.
