Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Compensation & Equity Manager to own global compensation and equity programs. You’ll partner with Finance, FP&A, Talent Acquisition and People Partners to ensure market-competitive pay and internal equity, while scaling with growth.

This hands-on role drives market pricing, annual rewards cycles, equity strategy, and budget modeling across multiple geographies. You’ll collaborate with recruiters and leaders to provide data-backed recommendations and improve

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience in SaaS/tech across geographies.
• Deep expertise in market pricing, job matching, and band construction using compensation survey data.
• Hands-on experience with equity strategy and operations, including grant guidelines and Board approvals.
• Experience administering bonus and variable pay plans and running compensation cycles in platforms like Pave.
• Exposure to international compensation or sales compensation design; CCP/CEP certification or AI-powered tools like Claude is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own market pricing and band builds across levels, job families, and geographies.
• Lead annual band refresh with cost modeling and review internal pay relativities and job architecture.
• Advise recruiters and leaders on comp band, level, and offer decisions backed by data.
• Price executive and hard-to-benchmark roles with external advisors and coordinate with RevOps and Finance on compensation plans.
• Run the annual rewards cycle in Pave and model budgets by country.
• Own the Company Performance Plan and other bonus programs end-to-end.
• Manage one-time, spot, retention, and milestone bonuses with approved workflows.
• Partner on equity strategy and budget modeling for boards and international teams.
• Benchmark equity for hires, promotions, and exec grants; coordinate quarterly grant cycles.
• Use Ashby data to monitor pay equity and advise on band revisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate compensation workstreams with AI tooling.
