Job summary

Juniper Square seeks a Senior Compensation & Equity Manager to own compensation and equity programs for a global, distributed workforce. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners to ensure pay programs are market-competitive and internally equitable.

This hands-on role involves pricing, annual rewards cycles, bonus programs, and equity strategy. You will lead market pricing, band refreshes, and equity budgeting while collaborating with RevOps, Finance,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience in SaaS/tech across geographies.
• Deep expertise in market pricing, job matching, and band construction using survey data (Radford preferred).
• Hands-on equity strategy and operations experience including Board approvals and grants.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing bands across levels, geographies, and jobs; maintain Jobs Table as truth source.
• Lead annual band refresh with cost modeling and internal pay relativities.
• Advise recruiters and leaders on offers and promotions with data-backed recommendations.
• Model budgets and participate in equity budgeting and grant cycles; manage equity education.
