Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience in SaaS or tech across multiple geographies.
• Deep expertise in market pricing, job matching, and band construction; Radford preferred.
• Hands-on equity strategy and operations, including grants and Board cycles with Shareworks.
• Experience administering bonus/variable pay plans and running cycles in Pave; strong data modeling.
• Ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations and handle highly confidential data.
• Exposure to international compensation or CCP/CEP certification is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own market pricing and band builds across levels, geographies, and job families.
• Lead annual band refresh with cost modeling and internal pay relativities.
• Advise recruiters and leaders on promotions, relocations, and retention packages.
• Price executive and hard-to-benchmark roles with external advisors as needed.
• Run annual rewards cycle in Pave and model budgets by country.
• Own Company Performance Plan and other bonus programs end-to-end.
• Administer one-time, spot, retention, and milestone bonuses with approval workflows.
• Partner on equity strategy, budgets, and Board proposals.
• Benchmark equity for hires and promotions; advise on international moves.
• Oversee quarterly grant cycles and equity education; ensure data consistency across systems.
• Use Ashby data to track pay wins/losses and flag band reviews; support pay equity.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive compensation workflows, incorporating AI tooling.
