Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Compensation & Equity Manager to own compensation and equity programs for a global, distributed workforce. You’ll partner with Finance, FP&A, and People teams to ensure market-competitive pay, internal equity, and scalable programs.

This hands-on role requires deep compensation and equity experience and provides leadership on pricing, annual cycles, and equity strategy. You’ll manage multi-country budgets, design bonus plans, and lead quarterly equity cycles,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience across geographies.
• Deep expertise in market pricing and band construction using survey data; Radford experience preferred.
• Hands-on equity strategy and operations, including grant guidelines and approval cycles.
• Experience with bonus and variable pay plans and running cycles in Pave; strong data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own market pricing and band builds across levels, jobs, and geographies; maintain the Jobs Table as truth.
• Lead annual band refresh, cost modeling for level/band changes, review internal pay relativities and job architecture.
• Advise recruiters and leaders on promotions, relocations, and retention packages with equity analysis.
• Price executive/hard-to-benchmark roles with external advisors and partner on quota-carrying plans.
• Run annual rewards cycle in Pave end to end; model budgets by country and report to leadership.
• Own Company Performance Plan and other bonus programs end to end.
