Job summary

Juniper Square, a leader in private markets, seeks a Senior Compensation & Equity Manager to own global pay and equity programs. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, Talent, and Leaders to keep pay competitive, equitable, and scalable across geographies, including executive compensation and complex bonus structures.

You will manage market pricing, annual band reviews, and equity budgets while driving compensation automation and AI‑powered tooling adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience in SaaS/tech with multi‑geography scope.
• Deep pricing, job matching, and band construction using survey data.
• Hands‑on equity strategy, grant guidelines, Board cycles, Shareworks.
• Experience with bonus plans and compensation cycles in Pave.
• Ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations with confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Own market pricing, band builds, and Jobs Table across levels/geographies.
• Lead annual band refresh, cost modeling, and internal pay relativities.
• Advise recruiters and leaders on promotions, relocations, and equity offers.
• Model equity budgets, collaborate on external pricing for hard roles.
• Run annual rewards cycle in Pave and report outcomes to leadership.
• Oversee Company Performance Plan and other bonus programs end to end.
• Manage bonus letters, approvals, and international payout considerations.
• Partner on equity strategy and board proposals; educate employees on equity.
