Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Senior Manager, Merchandising Operations in Los Angeles HQ. Lead operational strategy uniting merchandising with supply chain to scale categories globally. Drive launch readiness, data integrity, and cross-functional accountability across planning, logistics, and tech.

You will own PO management, SPS/EDI transmissions, and pricing data, partnering with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely product launches.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in merchandising operations, order management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite and PO management within apparel/retail.
• Experience with SPS Commerce or similar EDI platforms.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PO creation, cost entry, and launch calendar in Merchandising Ops.
• Own PO updates across geographies and communicate changes.
• Lead end-to-end PO reconciliation with internal teams and partners.
• Drive launch readiness across channels and geographies.
• Coordinate product data, pricing, and data clean-up with Tech.
• Develop SOPs and track key performance measures.
